Elizabeth Boyes is an established Real Estate and Trust & Estates Attorney who also has experience handling Personal Injury cases. She has represented and advised many clients in real estate non-disclosure cases, boundary and easement disputes, partition actions, and quiet title actions including taking cases to trial . Elizabeth regularly assists clients with Trust and Probate litigation which includes filing Heggstad Petitions, Petitions to Invalidate or Contest Trust, Will, or grant deed, Petitions for Removal, and Accounting petitions. She supervises Petitions for Probate and Trust Administrations from start to finish.

In 2024, Elizabeth tried a real estate non-disclosure case in Santa Cruz County and prevailed with a jury award of punitive damages. Additionally, Elizabeth, as co-counsel, represented multiple Plaintiffs for four years in a large habitability and wrongful death action involving contaminated water for four years. In 2025, she and her team were able to obtain a multi-million dollar settlement just weeks before trial.

Prior to becoming an attorney for BoyesLegal, APC, Elizabeth worked as paralegal for the firm for nearly 10 years. She is familiar with all aspects of case management and has many years of experience in conducting discovery and preparing for trial. Elizabeth’s background in paralegal work has helped her exponentially in her attorney practice.
