Patricia has pursued a legal career in order to help people who are feeling overwhelmed to reclaim their power and to assert their rights, while at the same time maintaining the highest ethical standards in and out of court. Her goal is to help people solve their legal problems as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Although she is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, up to and including preparation for trial, she has participated in numerous successful negotiations and mediations which eliminated the necessity of lengthy and costly litigation. She believes it is always preferable to try to reach a resolution to any dispute sooner rather than later.

Patricia specializes in all aspects of real estate litigation such as, non-disclosure disputes, boundary disputes, property line adjustments, nuisance, and partition. Additionally, she regularly advises clients on personal injury matters and obtains a favorable settlement for the client, and advises clients in trusts and estates matters. BoyesLegal has now expanded to include Estate Planning, Probate disputes and Administration and Guardianships and Conservatorships.

Prior to opening BoyesLegal in February 2011, Patricia worked for several law firms and gained valuable experience in all types of real estate cases, including large construction defect cases, premises liability, partition, landlord/tenant disputes, non-disclosure cases and contract disputes.  Patricia’s caseload also consisted of personal injury claims, products liability claims, contract analysis, employment law, wrongful death and environmental hazards.

BoyesLegal serves the entire state of California and in 2019 began serving the entire state of Arizona.
